Yes, strictly. Each account only sees its own shop and data. Passwords are hashed (PBKDF2-SHA256), sessions are secured, and sensitive files (proofs, receipts, messages) are only served to authorised people.
Of course. A manager can run several shops with a switcher, and a seller can move from one shop to another depending on the catalogues opened to them. Team leaders get their own team, margins and statistics.
